Stardew Valley Rancher or Tiller, which one better?
Most players will gain more from a tiller than a rancher. However, if you like animals to crops and don’t plan on creating a lot of artisan items, rancher makes a lot of sense.
Even more so now that the proportion has been increased. On patch 1.1, the benefit for animal products was increased from 10% to 20%.
Rancher is perhaps the finest method to gain from sheep, especially if you combine it with the shepherd profession at level 10. Sheep produce wool at a 50 percent quicker rate, and it sells for a 20 percent higher price. It gets quite profitable!
With that stated, most players will choose tiller. If you want to collect kegs and make wine, Artisan is by far the most lucrative profession in the game.
