FAQ About Creatures of Sonaria

What’s the best creature?

No creature is the best; each and every one has its pros and cons. The only reason you should like a creature is by your own preferences and opinions, no one else is to tell you otherwise!

What’s the best creature for farming shooms?

All creatures have the same amount of shoom gain per minute. (Reference “How many minutes does it take to get to 5 shooms?”)

How do I drink/eat?

Firstly, you go up to a food source respectable to your creature’s diet (carnivore, herbivore, omnivore,) and hold E when a popup says “Hold E to eat.” The same applies for water sources, but keep in mind river and ocean water is uningestable.

How do I nest?

To nest in other players, you must be an adult female creature. Once you are, you find a good spot and press B to spawn in a nest. To incubate eggs, you press R or Y as you are standing on top of the nest. Be careful though, the nest can be broken and your incubating progress can be lost!

How do I use my creature’s ability?

Firstly, you must be a creature that has an ability. There is unfortunately no way to tell if a creature has an ability through the menu, and this is subject to change, but those in game or in the discord server will help answer that. When you spawn in as a creature with an ability, you can press Q to activate it. However there are some abilities that are automatic depending on the time of day/interactions the creature has.

What is creatures of sonaria rarest creature?

In CoS, no creature has a rarity. All creatures have the same chance of you getting in the gacha system.

How do I donate?

To donate, you click the shoom icon in the top right corner of the screen in the gacha shop. Then you will be shown a popup with various choices on shoom amounts you could buy.

What’s the fastest creature?

As of now, Nytoltalus is the fastest flier, while Khiku is the fastest runner. Koipise is the fastest aquatic creature. (This information is subject to change)

How do I go on the Test World/get Tester Role?

Only Testers+ can access the Test Server. The conditions to become a Tester are secret to ensure anyone selected is chosen fairly.

How do I get the Dev Creature(s)?

The gamepasses to purchase a temporary or permanent Dev Creature are located in the robux shoom shop. (Reference: “How do I donate?”)

How many minutes does it take to get to 5 shooms?

It takes 2 minutes to obtain 5 shooms.

What are mutations?

As of now mutations aren’t adequately implemented into the game yet. However, if you analyze your stats and one of them looks like this: 1001/1000, you have a mutation! When you first spawn as a creature, whether it be a child or an adult, you’ll have 5/5 mutations.
